Starting from Iroon Square we go left towards the Lazareta area opposite Ermoupolis where the old quarantine station and church of Aghios Eleftherios are located. We follow the main road passing through the village of Manna (2.5 km).

Continuouing on the main road we reach the village Vari (7.5 km). Small nice beach with fine sand and shallow waters preferred by families with small children. Taverns, boarding houses and hotels. Five hundred metres after Vari beach is the small beach Achladi. Small beach, restaurant and hotel.

We continue our journey and after 9 km we arrive at the village of Megas Yialos. Nice small beach with taverns, rooms and hotels. A small road on our left (500m after the beach) will take us to the small beach of Ampella (quiet and not busy with taverns and rooms. At that point we turn back and 200m past the bay of Vari we turn left to visit the village Chroussa. Old mansions of the last century hidden in the trees.

Two Orthodox Churches of the Virgin Mary and Aghios Spyridon and the Catholic church of Panagia Faneromeni an important pilgrimage for Catholics. At the intersection we turn right and through the village of Ano Manna we return to Hermoupolis.
