TeamWork agency was founded in 1971 by Panagiotis Bountouris to fill a gap in the field of tourism services in Syros.
With motive the, perhaps excessive love for the island he was born and grew up, Panagiotis Boudouris tried and urged the community to accept tourism as an alternative means of development for the island and with the slogan "The alternative way/solution" he set out to create the appropriate infrastructure that Syros was at the time lacking.
